What are my payment method choices?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Americian Express, and Discover. Credit Card Payments can be made via our secure online payment gateway.

Does Etepia.com accept phone, fax or email orders?
All ordering and shipping quotes are provided online - no exceptions. We do not accept phone, fax or e-mail orders or quotes. All pricing quotes on products and shipping are available on the website only. We are sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused.

How will I keep track of my order's progress when I submit an order with Etepia.com?
Etepia will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will also be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page for live updates. If there are any problems with your order, you will receive an automated email from us immediately.

How long does it generally take to process an order?
It takes one to three business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method.

Can I have different shipping and billing addresses?
We can ship orders to an address that is different the credit card statement billing address. When placing your order simply enter your shipping information and billing information. You must provide the billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Please allow additional time for us to process your order due to the security steps required. Sometimes we require additional information from you to verify the address.

Do you have rush order processing?
Etepia does not offers rush processing for any orders. Etepia will put forth its best efforts but we cannot however, guarantee that your order will ship the same day.

When do you charge my credit card?
When you place your order, we will attempt to obtain an authorization for the total order amount. An authorization will check to see if the credit card is valid and may reserve the funds. This is not the same as charging your card. We utilize address verification service to verify your credit card billing information. If the bank requires more information, we will send you an email message to you or contact you by phone. Your card is charged when your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
Unfortunately you cannot. If the order has not been processed you can cancel it and place another order. If the order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.

How can I cancel an order?
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are processed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.

What are all the steps in an order process?
Confirmed: Order has been successfully submitted by the customer. Order can be cancelled at this step.
Processed: Order verification, fraud prevention and credit card authorization. We do not charge your credit card at this step. Please note that you may no longer make changes or cancel your order.
Shipped: Your credit/debit card has been successfully charged. Products are being collected in the warehouse, boxed for shipment and shipped. An e-mail will be sent to your account address with a tracking link. Information may be delayed on the carrier's website according to update frequency.

What if there is a problem?
On Hold: Payment processing has been stalled. More information with steps to resolve the issue can be found in email that we send you. Usually you are required to provide additional verification if order shipping address and order billing address are different or if we cannot verify your billing address.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled (reasons vary). If you need to re-order as a result, please do so on our website.

Does Etepia.com charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to an address within the state of Illinois. All shipments to Illinois addresses are charged at that local rate of 10% Please note that tax is computed at the state level when placing your order. Your actual tax may vary for international orders depending upon the county you are shipping to.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and your credit card will not be charged.
