What is your returns policy?
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

In order for you to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number. RMA requests are only processed within 30 days after the ship date. No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. To obtain RMA number, send an email to info@etepia.com with following information:

The reason for returning the merchandise:
All returns must be shipped back to Etepia.com using a trackable courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any package that has not been received by Etepia.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. Once we have received a return from you along with all of the proper information, we will credit your account and notify you.

Can I return any items?
No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Hair Care, or Makeup items due to health reasons.
