Does Etepia.com ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Ships via USPS International Express for $16.95 + $1.49 per item. Arrives in 10 - 21 business days and will likely not have tracking number. Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. If your country is not listed, we cannot ship to your country.

How do I get my tracking number?
The tracking numbers are automatically emailed when they are available. Alternatively, you can check your order status online to find out your tracking number.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Each package and their contents are triple-checked. First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Send your claim to claim@etepia.com:

How long is the waiting period before I am able to file a claim for a damaged package?
If your order was damaged while in transit, please send your claim within 2 business days of delivery.

If your order was lost while in transit, please send your claim within 7 business days of not receiving your order.

What should I do if I've received damaged package?

After receiving the claim, Etepia.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection.

Can I have different shipping and billing addresses?
We can ship orders to an address that is different the credit card statement billing address. When placing your order simply enter your shipping information and billing information. You must provide the billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Please allow additional time for us to process your order due to the security steps required. Sometimes we require additional information from you to verify the address.
