Day 1: Cape Town
Get the most out of your time in Cape Town by pre-booking the South African Wine Tour and Tasting extra. If you do, we recommend booking accommodation for an extra night pre-tour as this activity has an early start time. Please note, due to the timings of this activity, there is a possibility you may miss the welcome meeting on day 1 of your tour - in this case, your CEO will leave you a message detailing what time and where you should meet the next morning.
Arrive at any time. If you book any optional activities on day 1 please contact your sales agent to see if booking a pre-night is necessary to participate in the activity.
Day 2: Cape Town
Enjoy an included hike to the top of Table Mountain, taking in the views of the city bowl, peninsula, and Robben Island. In the evening have dinner at the Waterfront, or one of the great restaurants in the city. Please note that from the 8th July 2019 to 18th August 2019, the cable car will be closed for maintenance. An alternative route will be taken during this time.

Day 3: Cape Town/Oudtshoorn
Travel into the Klein Karoo on the famous Route 62. Opt to enjoy a wine tasting along the way.

Day 4: Oudtshoorn/Stormsrivier
Before leaving Oudtshoorn, opt to explore the Cango Caves or visit an ostrich farm. Cross over the Outeniqua Mountains into the Garden Route. Stop at the Bloukrans Bridge for those brave enough to try the bungee jump, and arrive in the forest village of Stormsrivier for the night.
Day 5: Tsitsikamma National Park
In the afternoon opt to explore the forest canopy, with a tree top trekking tour.
Set out on an included hike along the famous Otter Trail, inside the Tsitsikamma National Park. This beautiful coastal trail passes the picturesque suspension bridges, and visits breathtaking waterfalls.

Day 6: Addo Elephant National Park
Continue on to Addo Elephant National Park, a unique wildlife area. Although famous for the Addo elephants, this park is home to a wide variety of wildlife. Embark on an afternoon wildlife safari drive (in our vehicle) in search of the resident elephants, rhinos, lions, buffalo, and even leopards. Listen to the wild sounds of Africa while enjoying a sundowner and sitting around the campfire at night.
Enjoy a wildlife safari drive in our vehicle. Be on the watch for elephants and other wildlife. Spend the night camping under the stars.

Day 7: Addo/Graaff-Reinet
Travel into the vast semi-desert of the Great Karoo and overnight in the town of Graaff-Reinet, just outside the Camdeboo National Park. Opt to hike in the Valley of Desolation for beautiful views over the surrounding area, or explore this quaint Karoo town.

Day 8: Graaff-Reinet/Lesotho
Cross the border into the highest independent state in the world.

End place: Malealea

Day 9: Lesotho

Start place: Malealea

Enjoy free time in the morning for horseback riding, or mountain biking, through this beautiful mountainous country. In the afternoon hike with a local guide to discover hidden waterfalls, before watching the sun set over "The Kingdom in the Sky'.

Day 10: Lesotho/Drakensberg

Start place: Malealea

Return to South Africa and set up camp in the foothills of the mountain.

Day 11: Drakensberg
Set off on an included hike along Tugela Gorge in Royal Natal NP. Today's hike is a 1 hr drive from our camp.

Day 12: Drakensberg/Saint Lucia
Travel through KwaZulu-Natal to Saint Lucia on the coast of Zululand. Opt for a sunset cruise on the Saint Lucia estuary.

Day 13: Saint Lucia
Take an optional boat trip on the estuary or go horseback riding on the beach. Opt to visit Hluluwe - iMfolozi Park, which is a safe haven for both the white and black rhino, as well as lions, buffalo, elephants, and leopards.
Enjoy a free day to explore. Opt to take a wildlife safari drive in Hluluwe - iMfolozi Park, go horseback riding on the beach, or join the CEO for a walk through town and out to the beach, where you can spot hippos and crocodiles in the estuary.
Day 14: Saint Lucia/Swaziland
The mountainous Kingdom of Swaziland, lead by King Mswati III, is one of three monarchies in Africa. Explore Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary, which is situated in the Swaziland’s “Valley of Heaven”, the Ezulwini Vallley.
Cross another border into Swaziland and head for the Mlilwane Wildlife Sanctuary. It might not always be possible to stay inside the Sanctuary due to availability. 
Day 15: Swaziland/Greater Kruger Area
Continue exploring Mlilwane Sanctuary in the morning, joining your CEO on a walk to see some of the resident wildlife, then cross back into South Africa, and head to our safari camp just outside the famous Kruger National Park.

Day 16: Kruger National Park
Opt to upgrade to an open 4x4 vehicle for the wildlife safari drive.
Enjoy a full-day wildlife safari drive in the Kruger Park (in our vehicle). Experience a traditional dinner and local dancing in the evening.

Day 17: Greater Kruger Area/Johannesburg
Transfer back to Johannesburg, South Africa's largest city. The tour ends upon arrival. The tour ends upon arrival in Johannesburg. In order to avoid any unnecessary issues with timing, please book ongoing travel not earlier than 9pm.
