Spend seven days hiking and rafting with the whole family in the Lost City of the Incas. When travelers dream of “The Lost City of the Incas”, they imagine vast, soaring ruins shrouded in ancient mystery. Our adventure turns imagination into lifelong memory. First, we step into the world of Cusco, a red-roofed city tucked high into the Andes. Then we’re off to the Sacred Valley of the Incas and famous market village of Pisac. The Pisac ruins are one of the most important and well-preserved ruins in the Sacred Valley. Next, we paddle the Ollanta section of the Urubamba River, passing pristine sandy beaches and ancient farming terraces. From here, we explore Willoc, an Andean town brimming with tradition. Residents here wear traditional Quechua clothing, made using ancient weaving techniques that are passed down from generation to generation. The next two days bring us exploration of the incomparable Machu Picchu. Our guides will lead us through the center of the sites, revealing the fascinating history of the Incan people. Peddling from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, immerse yourself in beaches and backroads; Buddhist pagodas and bustling cities; and the rare opportunity to not only see the changing face of Vietnam, but to feel it. No two days are alike on this adventure. Cycle up to 40 miles per day, with a flexible riding schedule and plenty of time to get off the bike and explore. Visit Po Nagar, an 8th-century Cham temple and our first introduction to the rich history of the country, then snorkel or soak in the sunshine on tropical Whale Island. Enjoy a comfortable seafront hotel in the beautiful coastal town of Quy Nhon. Boat through mountains and jungle in Northern Vietnam, then hop back on the bikes to follow country roads through small villages all the way back to the hotel. Our 8-day Slovenia hiking adventure takes us deep into the quiet solitude of this sublime alpine destination. The rugged Julian Alps in the tiny gem of Slovenia are just as awe-inspiring and beautiful as their Swiss and French cousins, with one very big difference: far fewer hikers. Tucked between Italy and Austria, the Julian Alps are comprised of towering peaks that plunge to the Adriatic coast, alpine villages, gothic castles and abundant wilderness. With a broad variety of climates and landscapes, Slovenia brings a surprising amount of range to the adventure. We begin in the storybook landscapes of Triglav National Park. Here, we find soaring mountains, shimmering alpine lakes and historical evidence of the Iron Age. Explore the exquisite Lake Bled region, the gorgeous Soca River valley and the Venetian-influenced, seaside city of Piran. Enjoy a stay in a traditional Slovenian mountain hut in Trigav's high country—a high point for many travelers on the trip. With the help of our exceptional guides, we go off the beaten path into this alpine wilderness.

Traverse legendary landscapes and routes of the Moab area on this 7-day adventure of road riding, hiking and discovery. A great ride for experienced riders who like to stretch themselves on some awe-inspiring climbs and descents, this tour is centered in the great cycling destination of Moab, Utah. Known predominantly for spectacular mountain biking, Moab provides some great road cycling opportunities as well. You’ll have several routes along the Colorado River and challenging climbing in the La Sal Mountain range. Spend the day riding and the evening enjoying the cycling vibe around the small town of Moab. A rest day of hiking to Delicate Arch in Arches National Park highlights the end of our Moab experience and the beginning of our ride along the Unaweep-Tabeguache Scenic and Historic Byway with long, sustained climbs at a reasonable grade as well as beautiful sweeping downhills as payback for the mountains conquered. But it’s not over when we reach Grand Junction as we have a final day of riding in the Colorado National Monument on the “Tour of the Moon” route and a celebration for a great week of cycling.

Spend eight days hiking, cycling and kayaking in the jewel of the Adriatic Sea. Croatia is a melting pot of history and culture; a dreamy blend of heritage, cuisine and tradition that can be seen in its architecture and lifestyle. Our trip takes us through the best of this Mediterranean treasure in an action-packed, adventure-filled itinerary unlike any other. Our exploration starts with inland hiking and biking in Plitvice National Park, home to spectacular emerald pools and exquisite waterfalls. Continuing south, we paddle through the narrow canyons of two beautiful rivers: Zrmanja and Kupa. Easy rapids and quiet pools make this journey a highlight. Hike in primeval forests in Krka National Park and traverse the mountain ridgelines of Paklenica. Head to Croatia’s extraordinary island-speckled coastline for a day of kayaking around car-free Zlarin Island, where we bask in the sun and swim in the clear azure waters. Our journey ends in the cobblestone streets of Trogir for one last day in beautiful Croatia.

Spend seven days hiking from the Chisos Mountains to the Chihuahuan Desert in Big Bend National Park and west Texas. Located in the southwestern corner of Texas, Big Bend National Park has long lured hikers with its iconic trails, uniquely diverse geology and ecology, as well as the peaceful, all-encompassing isolation from the daily hustle and bustle. Our journey takes us from the magnificent border city of El Paso to eclectic Austin. In route, we travel the Texas Mountain Trail, exploring both the natural wonders of Big Bend National Park and some of the region’s most iconic towns – Marfa, Fort Davis, Alpine and Terlingua. Each night is spent in distinctively Texan accommodations, from gorgeous historic hotels, to a restored ghost town mansion and a park lodge nestled high in the Chisos Mountains.
